I can not sit still, so I was super skeptical of a meditation class, but this was a gamechanger for me. I used the music and the art to keep my mind so busy! I was relaxed every time and that says ALOT for this group. Thanks so so much! I am doing this every day now!!

The art was the best part. I didn't stress over making things perfect because I didn't have to share it. That was my favorite part about this being all virtual. I was in my own private space, so I really went deep and reflected on my year in isolation. It's been rough. But now I can see some positives from it all. I would never have gotten here without this group. So supportive. And Sandra's voice! Oh MY God! Please talk me to sleep every night?

Unbelievable! I made art! I never ever thought I would try drawing OR painting, but this has been the most amazing experience of my life! 

I didn't do well with the meditation part, but when i heard that it was my choice to breathe or draw?..it just opened something inside and I just drew stuff. Ugly stuff...but I felt so relaxed doing it. 

I hope to do this again. I need more!
