✔️ Breaktimes: Bring a lunch and beverage unless otherwise stated. 6 hour trainings include 1 or 2 breaks and a lunch (time vary)

Why is this training MORE than the average?.... You won't see a powerpoint in the studio! Here's what you will experience:
What you may want to know:
1) We will be working with actual art supplies!
2) Dress for mess.
3) This is an “expressive arts workshop” which means: We let go of the outcome and learn how to be more present using art mediums.
3) We love questions! Part of each training segment includes share-time or Q&A.
Supplies You'll See Upon Arrival:
1) Heavy Paper (70lbs or more)
2) Canvas or canvas board
3) Acrylic paint (selection of 10 or more colors) and variety of brushes
4) Markers (a selection of colors)
5) journal or paper and pencil/pen
6) Newspaper print for warm ups
7) Watercolor paper (140lb)
Important note: The list above is not required to facilitate Mindful Art. For basic activities, all we need is pen and paper (sometimes even less!)

You will receive the zoom link for the live session with Sandra after submitting payment. This is not pre-recorded and we offer an interactive experience. AFTER registering you will receive access to the online platform with plenty of activities and resources for Creative Self Care.

For some who are new to this practice?... we can help get you set up! Simply order your packet (at least a couple weeks prior to the event) and we can make sure you have everything you’ll need.
Ready to gather your supplies on your own?... Feel free to watch this video and learn about what’s in the packet. You can purchase supplies that come close to what we are using.
It's not rocket science.
Supplies:
Any listed surfaces should be 9”x12”
1) Heavy Paper (70lbs or more)
2) Canvas or canvas board
3) Acrylic paint (selection of 10 or more colors) and variety of brushes
4) Markers (a selection of colors)
5) journal or paper and pencil/pen
6) Newspaper print for warm ups
7) Watercolor paper (140lb)
Virtual Set up:
Set up for mess
1) Flat surface
2) Quiet location (if possible)
3) Rinse water,cup for water, towel/rag
4) Make sure you are in a well lit room
5) Secure your device to show you on screen.
FYI: Showing your work between our guided activities is optional. Not all supplies are used in all videos.
